4. Data collection on this website

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or comparable technologies (e.g. local storage or fingerprinting) that would require access to information on your device and therefore consent pursuant to § 25 TDDDG. Only the technically necessary data required to deliver the website is processed (see the “Hosting” section). A cookie consent banner is therefore not required.

Should cookies or comparable technologies be used in the future, we will inform you at this point and – where required – obtain your consent in advance.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if this was requested; consent can be revoked at any time.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Delivery of the contact form

We do not use an external form service to deliver the enquiries submitted via the contact form. When you submit the form, the data you enter (in particular name, email address, and – where provided – company and phone, along with your message) is transmitted to our own server at our host (see the “Hosting” section), processed there and delivered to us by email via an email mailbox on our domain.

This data is not passed on to third parties; no transfer to countries outside the European Union (e.g. the USA) takes place. Alternatively, you can contact us directly by email or phone at any time.

To protect against automated spam, the form contains a technical check field (a so-called “honeypot” field). No cookies are set for this and no data is processed for analytics or tracking purposes. Where provided, you receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt at the email address you entered after submitting.

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the reliable and spam-protected delivery of the enquiries received via the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where corresponding consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; consent can be revoked at any time.

Enquiry by email, phone or fax

If you contact us by email, phone or fax, your enquiry, including all personal data arising from it (name, enquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request.

The data you send us via contact enquiries will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.
