Transformation
Is a major change ahead — who can lead it from the idea into everyday operation?
Whether it involves a new systems landscape, process change or organizational change: transformation needs more than a roadmap. I support your transformation — classic, agile, and even when things get critical.
-
A clear target vision
Where the journey is heading — described tangibly and shared with everyone involved, as a common guideline for every decision.
-
Turning the roadmap into action
The roadmap is translated into steerable steps and consistently implemented in day-to-day operations — not just presented.
-
Change management that inspires
Leaders, stakeholders, and teams are involved so that change is supported rather than met with resistance.
-
Sustainable change, not a short-term fix
New processes and responsibilities are handed over in a way that lasts beyond the engagement.
Change Management
We know the solution — but implementation keeps getting stuck on resistance?
Whether a project succeeds is decided by people, not technology. With deliberate change management (Organizational Change Management, OCM) I turn those affected into active participants — people who accept and live the new solution. For me, OCM belongs in every initiative:
-
Bring people along early.
Resistance grows out of uncertainty and the feeling of being bypassed. I involve those affected before implementation starts — so being affected becomes real participation.
-
Measure and anchor adoption.
Guided by proven change models (e.g. ADKAR): make progress visible, steer deliberately, and anchor the change so it stays part of everyday work after the engagement.
-
Communication with a plan.
Who learns what, when and why: change communication that gives orientation and gets ahead of rumours — instead of a one-off announcement.
-
Enablement, not overload.
Training, multipliers and day-to-day support, so the new way of working really sticks and no one falls back.
AI Strategy & EU AI Act
Does our AI create business value and meet EU AI Act requirements?
Between tool hype and regulatory texts: where does AI bring your business measurable value — and what does the EU AI Act require along the way? As a certified AI manager and AI consultant (TÜV Rheinland), I answer both questions.
-
Use cases that pay off
The applications that fit your business model and data situation — assessed by effort and value, not by novelty.
-
Everyday AI policy
Clear rules on which tools your people may use for what — so shadow usage stops without stifling innovation.
-
EU AI Act Readiness
Your applications and data are classified and documented — audit-proof towards auditors, clients and regulators.
-
From pilot to scale
Integration, responsibilities and the operating model are clarified, so successful experiments become productive solutions.
IT Service & Infrastructure Management (interim)
A bottleneck in operations, an unfilled key role or grown-up chaos — who gets IT service and infrastructure back in order at short notice?
I don’t take on permanent operational duties — I help on an interim, bridging basis: when a wave rolls over operations, a key role is vacant, or the grown infrastructure gets out of hand. I give your team breathing room, bring service and infrastructure into order, and hand over cleanly to the permanent solution.
-
Immediate relief.
The backlog is prioritized, responsibilities are clarified, and the wave is worked off in a structured way — your team gets breathing room again.
-
Service and infrastructure in order.
Robust incident, problem and change processes (following ITIL, scaled to your organization) and an honest assessment of network, servers and security — clear, without jargon.
-
Bridging without long-term ties.
As interim leadership I close the gap without you committing long term — right-sized, neutral and without sales pressure.
-
Clean handover to the permanent solution.
Processes, documentation and knowledge are in place when I leave — whether for a new manager or your own team.
Frequently asked questions
Can I book a single capability?
Yes. The capabilities can be commissioned individually — or as an add-on to an ongoing project, program or CIO mandate. What makes sense we clarify in a discovery call.
Does the EU AI Act even apply to us?
Most likely yes — the regulation also affects users, not just providers. Which obligations apply concretely depends on the risk classes of your applications. That is exactly what the assessment clarifies.
How quickly can you start with IT service management?
Much faster than any tender: no recruiting lead time, no notice periods. We agree the concrete start date in a discovery call.
After the infrastructure project, are you our permanent IT provider?
No — my mandate ends with the handover. Ongoing support can be taken over by a systems house, but then on a clean basis: clear documentation and contracts you understand.
Are these all the topics you support?
No. These are the topics most frequently requested — my experience reaches much further: 30+ years of IT from infrastructure to strategy, plus numerous projects and transformations across industries and technologies. If your topic is not listed here, talk to me: I cover much of it myself, and where specialist knowledge outside my focus is needed, I bring in my network of experienced experts.
Why me
These capabilities require different expertise — which I bring from a single source:
- Experience from 20+ projects and transformations
- 30+ years of IT — from infrastructure to strategy
- Certified AI manager & AI consultant (TÜV Rheinland), familiar with the EU AI Act
- ITIL Expert — IT service management that holds up day to day
- Neutral: no product to sell, only the solution that fits you
Not sure which capability fits — or whether a mandate makes more sense? We clarify it in a discovery call: free, non-binding and honest.
